63. Grievance Redressal mechanism for Vidhyasahayaks or teachers.
(1)The School Management Committee constituted under section 20 shall be the first level of grievance redressal of teachers of schools specified therein.(2)The State Government shall constitute Tribunals:(i)at the State Level to settle and decide the disputes between the school management and the Government, and(ii)At District or regional level to settle and decide the disputes between school managements and the staff of the school.Chapter - X Financial Relations Between The State Government and Local Bodies
