(2)Save as otherwise expressly provided under this Act, no suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the [State] [The word 'State' was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act, or any order made thereunder.
