Section 6(2) in The M.P. State Aid to Industries Rules, 1959
(2)At the expiration of the period of guarantee fixed under sub-rule (1) the State Government may, on a recommendation in this behalf, by the Committee, grant an extention of the period of guarantee for a period not exceeding five years.
