7. Notice of withdrawal of candidature.-
(1)A notice of withdrawal of candidature under sub-section (1) of Section 6 shall be in Form 4.(2)On receipt of such notice, the Returning Officer shall not thereon the date on which and the hour at which it was delivered, and cause a copy thereof, together with the note, to be affixed in some conspicuous place in his office.
