Section 7(2) in Presidential And Vice-Presidential Elections Rules, 1952
(2)On receipt of such notice, the Returning Officer shall not thereon the date on which and the hour at which it was delivered, and cause a copy thereof, together with the note, to be affixed in some conspicuous place in his office.
