19. Reduction of Load of Existing Consumer.
- On receipt of application in prescribed form for reduction of load by a consumer, the Licensee shall inspect the premises within the notice period as specified in the Electricity Supply Code and if the load is actually reduced by the consumer, the Licensee shall effect the reduction of load from next calendar month of the notice period.Provided the consumer has completed the period of compulsory availing of supply as specified in the Electricity Supply Code (ESC) and has executed fresh agreement on reduced load.
