4. Application For Registration.
(1)Every application for registration of a boat shall be made in Form -IV in writing to The Registration Officer by the owners of the boat:(2)On receiving the application for registration of a boat , the Registering Officer shall direct the Boat Surveyor to measure the boat as required under rule22 of these rules and shall enter the particulars in the book of Registry to be maintained in Form -I on payment of fees specified in Rule 32;(3)Every certificate of registration or renewal shall be in Form -II
