Section 15(1A) in The Karnataka Legislature Salaries, Pensions And Allowances Act, 1956
(1A)[ Any rule under this Act may be made to have effect retrospectively, and if any such rule is made, a statement specifying the reasons for making such a rule shall be laid before both Houses of the State Legislature along with the rule under sub-section (2).] [Inserted by Act 18 of 1968 w.e.f. 1.11.1956]
