(2)the Board shall -(a)cause the said notice to be published weekly for three consecutive weeks in - (i) the Gazette, and (ii) two daily newspapers having circulation in the area comprised in the scheme at lest one of which shall be Hindi newspaper ; and(b)send a copy of the notice to the local authority or authority within whose jurisdiction the area comprised in the scheme lies.
