Section 28(2)(a) in THE UTTAR PRADESH AVAS EVAM VIKAS PARISHAD ADHINIYAM, 1965

(a)cause the said notice to be published weekly for three consecutive weeks in - (i) the Gazette, and (ii) two daily newspapers having circulation in the area comprised in the scheme at lest one of which shall be Hindi newspaper ; and
