Section 50(1) in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
(1)Within the enclosure no readily combustible material shall be used in connection with any lamp in such a manner that it may come in contact with the lamps or conductors. The insulating material of an electric cable including unprotected leads to lamps in the enclosure shall be covered with fire-resisting material.
