Section 33(1) in The Haryana and Punjab Agricultural Universities Act, 1970
(1)Any authority of a corresponding University may make Regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes for(a)laying down the procedure to be observed at its meetings and the number of members required to form a quorum;(b)providing for all matters which by this Act and the Statutes are to be provided for by the Regulations; and(c)providing for any other matter solely concerning the authority and not provided for by this Act and the Statutes.
