Section 62(1) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(1)Until the Councils, Committees Boards etc. and the officers and employees of the University are established or appointed the Vice Chancellor with the assistance of the Registrar, with the prior approval of the Pro Chancellor discharge all the duties under this Act and no action taken by him shall be questioned on ground that the procedure laid down in this Act has not been followed ;Provided that the transitory powers as aforesaid shall be available only for one year from the date of commencement of this Act.
