Section 45(2) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(2)Notwithstanding anything in this Act or any regulation made thereunder any conflict between the Councils, Committees Boards under this Act shall be deemed to have been resolved in favour of the Council or Committee or Board which has precedence over the other as found in the following order :(i)The Governing Council(ii)The Executive Council(iii)The Academic Council(iv)The Finance Committee(v)The Boards of Studies(vi)The ad hoc Committees.
