28. Incentives.
(1)The State Government shall provide such incentives to meritorious teachers and students as it may deem fit.(2)The State Government shall make such special efforts to impart education to the students of seasonal migrant families and physical and mentally challenged children as may be prescribed.(3)When a child of the age group of 5 to 14 years is admitted in a school, which provides elementary education, then that child will be placed in a grade according to his abilities as assessed by the teacher.
