This application is filed to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the Letters Patent Appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Though learned counsel for the respondents has opposed the condonation of delay, having regard to the fact that the ::: Downloaded on - 05/10/2023 20:45:08 :::CIS period of delay cannot be said to be inordinate, on payment of costs of Rs. 71,000/- to be deposited in the Himachal Pradesh .

Aapda Rahat Kosh within a period of two weeks, delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Registry to number the appeal after the proof of deposit of the said amount is produced by the of appellants.

Appeal be registered in view of order passed in rt CMP(M) No.82/2023.
