Section 64A(iii) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(iii)The licensee should install a recording type electronic temperature indicator in the air-conditioned theatre to check the condition imposed in clause (i). The indicator should be located at the office of the Manager or the licensee in the theatre. [* * *] The bulb of the recording type electronic temperature indicator should be installed by the licensee inside the auditorium at an appropriate place with sufficient guard which shall be locked and sealed by the licensing authority or his subordinate who has been authorised the licensing authority for this purpose.
