9. Postings and transfers.
(a)Postings and transfers within the district shall be made by the District Collector.(b)Transfer by mutual consent or on request from one district to another district, shall be made by the Director of Rural Development and the person shall take his rank last in the list of probationers or approved probationers or full members, as the case may be, in that category in the District transferred.
