Section 54(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Election Rules, 2011
(1)The Presiding Officer shall close a polling station at the hour fixed in that behalf and shall not admit thereto any voter after that hour :Provided that all voters present within the polling station before it is closed shall be entitled to cast votes.
