Section 4(a) in Rajasthan Electrical Inspectorate (Formation of Technical Committee and Grant of Licence, Competency Certificate to work and Permit to work) Rules, 2016
(a)Through examination: The candidate who possess the qualification for appearing in the examination as mentioned in column 3 of Schedule-II and have passed the examination conducted by the Technical Committee or body/institution appointed by the Government shall be granted a Supervisor's certificate of competency (SCC) to work ; or
