4. Supervisor's Certificate of Competency to work and Permit to work as Supervisor, Eligibility Condition.
- There shall be two classes of Supervisors, as given in column 2 of Schedule-II. Supervisor's certificate of competency (SCC) to work or permit to work as Supervisor shall be granted to the candidates by the following mode: -(a)Through examination: The candidate who possess the qualification for appearing in the examination as mentioned in column 3 of Schedule-II and have passed the examination conducted by the Technical Committee or body/institution appointed by the Government shall be granted a Supervisor's certificate of competency (SCC) to work ; or(b)Without examination: The candidate who possess the qualification and experience as mentioned in column 4 of the Schedule-II shall be granted a permit to work as Supervisor.
