Section 31(1) in Rules for the Government Tibbi College, Patna
(1)No student, who has not attended at least seventy-five per cent of all lectures and demonstrations in all subjects including dispensary and pharmacy classes for a diploma examination, shall on any account be certified as having completed, his course of instruction or shall receive promotion or shall be permitted to appear at such examination:Provided that in special cases it shall be within the competence of the Governing Body to condone for sufficient and satisfactory reasons shortages in the required attendance.
