31.
(1)No student, who has not attended at least seventy-five per cent of all lectures and demonstrations in all subjects including dispensary and pharmacy classes for a diploma examination, shall on any account be certified as having completed, his course of instruction or shall receive promotion or shall be permitted to appear at such examination:Provided that in special cases it shall be within the competence of the Governing Body to condone for sufficient and satisfactory reasons shortages in the required attendance.(2)Students will be required to work in the out-door dispensary during the vacations in batches as arranged by the Principal and any student absenting himself from that work without the permission of the Principal will not, until specially permitted by the Governing Body, be eligible to sit at the next diploma Examination.
