Section 57(2) in The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2001 (Model)
(2)The training programme shall include.-(a)orientation and training of the newly-recruited staff,(b)refresher training courses for very staff member at least once in every five years, and(c)staff conferences, seminars, workshops, along with the various components or fuctionaries of the Juvenile Justice system and the State Government at various levels of the personal organisation.
