Section 1(3)(a) in Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1978

(a)This Act, except sections 14, 15, sub-section (3) of section 20 and sections 27 and 48, shall be deemed to have come into force on the 3rd day of August, 1976.
