14. Compliance of zoning plan and architectural control sheets.
(1)The erection or re-erection of any building shall comply with the restrictions of the Zoning plan, architectural control sheets and the schedule clauses appended thereto.(2)In the case of public buildings or assembly buildings, provisions contained in "the Persons with Disability (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995" in so far as these relate to planning, designing and construction of public buildings and guidelines and space standards for Barrier Free Environment as specified under the said Act, shall also be complied with.
