Section 41 in The Gujarat Agricultural Universities Act, 2004
41. Committees for selection of University teachers.
(1)There shall be committees for selection of different classes of full-time teachers of the University [***] [Deleted 'including tutors and demonstrators' by Gujarat Act No. 9 of 2014, dated 25.7.2014.].(2)No person shall be appointed as full-time teacher of the University except on the recommendation of the committee.(3)The constitution of such committee, the term of office of its members and the procedure to be followed by it shall be such as may be prescribed.
