Section 1 in West Bengal Electrical Licensing Rules, 2017
1. Title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the West Bengal Electrical Licensing Rules, 2017.(2)They shall extend to the whole of the State of West Bengal.(3)They shall come into force from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
