Section 1 in M.P. Recognition of Secondary and Higher Secondary School Rules, 2017
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules shall be called the Madhya Pradesh Recognition of Secondary and Higher Secondary School Rules, Secondary School Rules, 2017.(2)They shall extend to the whole of Madhya Pradesh for the purpose of granting recognition/extension of recognition for private High Schools and Higher Secondary Schools.(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in official gazette.(4)All the cases related to recognition till the academic session 2016-17 shall be decided as per provisions/rules existing at that time.
