Section 2(p) in Maharaja Ranjit Singh State Technical University Act, 2014
(p)"technical education" means the education in the subjects of Engineering Technologies, Sciences, Management, Humanities, Pharmacy, Social Sciences and Architecture and such other subjects, as may be deemed fit by the State Government from time to time;
