Section 53(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(1)Government shall appoint a Special Officer and an Officer-on-Special Duty and such other Officers & Staff as may be required to carry out preparatory work of the establishment of the University.
