53. Transitory Provisions -
(1)Government shall appoint a Special Officer and an Officer-on-Special Duty and such other Officers & Staff as may be required to carry out preparatory work of the establishment of the University.(2)After the University is established, appointment of the Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar and such other staff shall be done as may be prescribed under this Act and statutes.
