91. Powers to depute other persons.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in any provision of 'this Act, the Founder -or the Chancellor, on the commencement of this Act, or at any time thereafter, appoint, on deputation or otherwise, any person in the vacancy of an officer / staff or faculty of the University for such period and with such terms and conditions as he may deem necessary.
