(e)"Inspector" means a Medical Inspector appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 17 of the Act;(ee)[ "Post Graduation in Homoeopathy" means a Post Graduate qualification in Homoeopathy recognized as per the provisions of the Act;] [New clause inserted vide H(PGDC) Amendments Regulations, 2001.]
