- In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires: -(a)"Act" means the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973),(b)[ "Course" means a course of study in the subjects referred to in sub-regulation (3) of regulation 3.] [Amended vide H(PGDC) Amendments Regulations, 2001.](c)"M.D. (Hom.)" means a post-graduate degree in [Homoeopathy (Doctor of Medicine in Homoeopathy) as prescribed in] [Amended vide H(PGDC) Amendments Regulations, 2001.] (these regulations);(d)"Homoeopathic college" means a Homoeopathic Medical College or an institute affiliated to a University and recognized by the Central Council for post graduate course;(e)"Inspector" means a Medical Inspector appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 17 of the Act;(ee)[ "Post Graduation in Homoeopathy" means a Post Graduate qualification in Homoeopathy recognized as per the provisions of the Act;] [New clause inserted vide H(PGDC) Amendments Regulations, 2001.](f)"Visitor" means a Visitor appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the Act;(g)"President" means the President of the Central Council;(h)"Schedule" means the Schedule annexed to the said Act;[***] [Omitted '(i) 'syllabus' and 'curriculum' means the syllabus and curriculum for study as prescribed by the Central council under these Regulations;' vide H(PGDC) Amendments Regulations, 2001.](j)[ "teaching experience" means teaching experience in the subject concerned in a Homoeopathic College and includes teaching experience in the subjects of Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology gained in a Medical College, recognized by the Medical Council of India.] [Amended vide H(PGDC) Amendments Regulations, 2001.][Part II] [Amended vide H(PGDC) Amendments Regulations, 2001.] Courses of Study
