Section 4(1) in The Competition Commission of India (Salary, allowances, other terms and conditions of service of the Secretary and officers and other employees of the Commission and the number of such officers and other employees) Rules, 2009
(1)The Conditions of service of the Secretary, officers and other employees of the Commission in the matter of leave, joining time, joining time pay, age of superannuation, travelling allowance and leave travel concession shall be regulated in accordance with such rules and regulations as are applicable officers and employees of the Central Government belonging to corresponding and scale of pay.
