Section 62(1) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)If a complainant, at any time before final order is passed in any proceedings satisfies the Commission that there are sufficient grounds for permitting him to withdraw his complaint against the respondent named in the complaint, or if there be more than one respondent, against all or any of them, the Commission may permit the complainant to withdraw the same.
