Section 6(c) in Peraringnar Anna Centenary Co-operative Milk Producers Welfare Fund Rules, 2010
(c)The Committee shall have the right to remove the Society from the fund, provided it fails to fulfill the obligations as per the bye-laws of the society, in supplying of milk to the Union, provided that the committee may, for reasons to be recorded in writing and pass orders to refuse admission of a society to this Fund.
