Section 6 in Peraringnar Anna Centenary Co-operative Milk Producers Welfare Fund Rules, 2010
6. Powers of the committee.
(a)The committee shall have the power to admit a society to the Fund;(b)No society can claim admission to this Fund as a matter of right;(c)The Committee shall have the right to remove the Society from the fund, provided it fails to fulfill the obligations as per the bye-laws of the society, in supplying of milk to the Union, provided that the committee may, for reasons to be recorded in writing and pass orders to refuse admission of a society to this Fund.
