Section 1 in Sikkim Industries Licensing Act, 1982
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Sikkim Industries Licensing Act, 1982.(2)It extends to the whole of Sikkim.(3)Save as otherwise provided in section 8, this Act shall be deemed. to have come into force on the 19th day of June, 1982.
