Section 11(1) in Incentives to Industries in Bihar, 1986
(1)The State Government have made Rules with regard to the purchase of products of small scale/large and medium scale units and joint sector units located in the State. The Rules will be reviewed with a view to make them more effective and equitable in respect of the products of different sectors. Suitable steps will be taken to ensure timely payment of price to the units selling their products to Government Departments/Organisations. A high level Committee has been set up by the Department of Industries to keep watch on the purchase made by Government Departments/Corporations/Boards/Authorities, etc.
