Section 12(1) in The Energy Conservation (Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency) Rules, 2016
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order made by the Implementing Agency may approach the Supervisory Committee constituted under Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency for decision.
