12. Dispute Resolution.
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order made by the Implementing Agency may approach the Supervisory Committee constituted under Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency for decision.(2)Any person aggrieved, by an order made by Supervisory Committee under the Act, may prefer an appeal to the Appellate Tribunal for Energy Conservation established under section 30 of the Act.(3)The person making appeal to the Appellate Tribunal shall file the same in accordance with Appellate Tribunal for Energy Conservation (Procedure, Form, Fee and Record of Proceedings) Rules, 2012.
