Section 111(5) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(5)The Commission shall examine the forecasts for reasonableness based on growth in number of consumers and consumption and demand of electricity in previous years and anticipated growth in the next year and any other factor, which the Commission may consider relevant and approve sale of electricity to consumers with such modifications as deemed fit.
