(4)Assistant Registrar.- (i) 50% posts by promotion on the basis of seniority from amongst substantively appointed Cooperative Inspector Group I (Additional District Cooperative Officvers) of subordinate cooperative service, who have completed five years service as such in the post on the first day of the yea of recruitment.(ii)50% posts by direct recruitment through Commission.
