Section 43 in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
43. Ad hoc Committees.
- The University shall have power to constitute ad hoc Committees for any purpose connected with the affairs of the University and such Committees shall present their reports to the Pro Chancellor. The reports are advisory in nature and wherever feasible shall be acted upon by the University.
