1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Madhya Pradesh, Rules, 1981.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)They shall apply to the establishment referred to in sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 2.
