(3)Thereafter, the valid votes will be sealed in a separate packet be bundled together along with the rejected votes and the following particulars to be recorded on that, viz.-(a)the name of the Gram Panchayat and the number of the territorial constituency concerned in case of the election of Member of the Gram Panchayat/Panch of Gram Katchahry, the name and number of the Gram Panchayat in case of the election of Mukhiya/Sarpanch and the name of the Panchayat Samiti/Zila Parishad and number of the concerned territorial constituency in case of the election of Member of Panchayat Samiti/Zila Parishad,(b)the name and serial number of the polling station to which the ballot papers belong; and(c)the date of counting.
