Section 46(1) in Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Act, 1994
(1)The University shall provide facilities for sports and games, occasional social gatherings, cultural entertainments and programmes for the promotion and development of the artistic talents of the students and provide opportunity to the maximum extent possible for the development of the all-round personality of each student of the University.
