(3)The endorsements may be made by using any or a combination of the following methods:(i)by writing in hand using black ink;(ii)by impressing a rubber stamp using black ink;(iii)by getting the endorsements and certificates printed suitably on the reverse of the stamp papers using the feature provided for the purpose in the Computer-aided Administration of Registration Department system.
